Main requirements EB2-NIW

• University degree of 4 or more years (Bachelor, Licentiate, etc.)
• More than 5 years of professional experience after graduation
• Clean immigration history: never having been out of status in the U.S.
• If you are already in the U.S., having entered legally
• Not incurring any grounds for inadmissibility ( see official USCIS list )
• Submit your CV for evaluation
