Legal Framework

All services are provided in accordance with the Florida Notary Public Act, Chapter 117 of the Florida Statutes.
A Notary Public is not a lawyer (unless also licensed) and cannot offer legal advice, draft complex legal documents, or represent third parties in court unless they hold a valid professional license to do so.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

A Florida Notary Public is not the same as a “notary public” in other countries and does not have expanded legal authority. Any information provided in connection with notarial services does not constitute legal advice.

For legal advice, legal representation, or legal analysis, you must retain a licensed attorney in the United States.
